Phillips Jones
Phillips Jones brings nearly 10 years of executive healthcare leadership to his roles, combining rigorous private-sector expertise with a distinguished military background. His professional focus centers on optimizing operations, building strategic frameworks, improving organizational efficiency, and executing complex financial analysis. A former active-duty Marine Corps officer and Naval Aviator, Phillips flew three combat tours in Afghanistan as an Assault Flight Leader and Air Mission Commander. He also served in the elite "Marine One" squadron, flying the President of the United States under two administrations. Phillips holds a business degree from Samford University and continues to serve his country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserves.
