Phillips Jones

Co-founder & Partner

Phillips Jones brings nearly 10 years of executive healthcare leadership to his roles, combining rigorous private-sector expertise with a distinguished military background. His professional focus centers on optimizing operations, building strategic frameworks, improving organizational efficiency, and executing complex financial analysis. A former active-duty Marine Corps officer and Naval Aviator, Phillips flew three combat tours in Afghanistan as an Assault Flight Leader and Air Mission Commander. He also served in the elite "Marine One" squadron, flying the President of the United States under two administrations. Phillips holds a business degree from Samford University and continues to serve his country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserves.

Sherry Olivier

Co-founder & Partner

Sherry Olivier is an accomplished executive, financial strategist, and community advocate with extensive experience leading complex organizations through growth and transformation. Throughout her career, she has managed strategic planning, financial operations, organizational development, and performance improvement initiatives for businesses ranging from multinational corporations to locally owned enterprises. Sherry brings leadership and operational experience across a diverse portfolio of organizations in the healthcare, consumer goods, professional services, and nonprofit business sectors. A lifelong advocate for leadership development and expanding opportunities for underserved populations, she believes strong organizations can be powerful catalysts for positive change. Sherry holds a business degree from Georgia College and State University and completed Executive Development and Financial Strategy studies at the Institute of Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland and Cranfield School of Business, Bedford, England.
